We can take on the below roles in isolation in order to fit within your existing project team, but we find that we are most effective when we are appointed across all.
Quantity Surveying
We offer a full comprehensive quantity surveying service. Pre-contract feasibility studies and cost plans allow you to fully gauge the financial scope of your project. We then handle all commercial cost management and monitoring through to completion and conclusion of final accounts.
Project Management
We co-ordinate all aspects of construction projects. This can include using our large contact list to source excellent designers and consultants. We liaise between all parties to ensure that your project is fully signed off by building control and landlords. Then once on site we chair all site meetings and close out all queries to ensure successful completion.
CDM Services
Our team are all APS accredited in Construction Design Management in line with current regulations. We advise the client and principle designer on all responsibilities following the release of CDM 2015.
