We provided our assistance on this project to create a beautiful holiday home in the heart of North Devon. The property boasts a swimming pool, acres of land and a renovated and structurally altered 3 bedroom bungalow with modern finishes. The biggest challenges on this project was the access restrictions due to the property being accessible only by very narrow lanes and the local labour pool being very small.
