Pastaio is the newest business for Stevie Parle with this site being the second for the brand. It boasts a punchy blue tiled exterior with even more bold and bright finishes inside courtesy of Tom Dixon plus custom murals by Supermundane.

The site had some serious challenges for us; being located in one of the busiest shopping centres in the UK with very strict security procedures, a brand new floating staircase installation as well as a new exterior space created for both seating and pasta making.
